1. Make sure Internet data on your Android phone is turned on and working.

4. Turn On "Portable Wi-Fi hotspot.

Connecting your Laptop to Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot in Android Phone
1. Start your laptop.
2. Click "Internet Network" icon form the right corner of Taskbar.
3. Look for the name of your Wi-Fi network under "Wireless Network Connection".
4. Connect to your Wi-Fi network. It will ask for the password.
5. Enter Wi-Fi password. This is one time requirement.
6. Network window will show you if there is "Internet Access" under "Currently connected to".
