How to Turn on Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot in Android Phone?
1. Make sure Internet data on your Android phone is turned on and working.
1. Press Menu and Go to the "Settings".
2. Open "Wireless & network settings".
3. Tethering & portable hotspot.
4. Turn On "Portable Wi-Fi hotspot.

2. Configure Wi-Fi hotspot.
